The call in corrità or in reità cannot in itself only constitute full proof of responsibility and needs feedback, which can be made up of any element or evidentiary data, both representative and logical, provided it is independent, thus being able to resolve in other calls in the correctness, provided they are totally autonomous; so that the knowledge of the fact to prove has not been learned from the source that must be found, and a condition that it has an individualizing value, that is, having to concern not only the offense but also the traceability of the same to the accused, while it is not necessary that the strikers have the self-sufficient proof thickness because, if not, the call would have no relevance, as the proof would be based on these last external elements and not on the call of correctness (Cass. 45733/18).
